Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not a services agreement — consulting engagements with THD Agentic Systems LLC are governed by a separate signed statement of work.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this site or submitting the intake form, you agree to these terms. If you are submitting on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. No engagement is formed by this site

Submitting the intake form, receiving a response, or booking a fit call does not create a client relationship or any obligation to perform work. A consulting engagement begins only when both parties execute a written statement of work specifying scope, deliverables, fees, and term. Pricing shown on this site is indicative and subject to change without notice.

3. Scope and change orders

Where an engagement is in effect, work is limited to the deliverables defined in the signed statement of work. Requests outside that scope require a signed change order before work begins. Engagements are delivered asynchronously by default; synchronous availability is limited to what the applicable tier specifies.

4. Acceptable use

—Do not submit false, misleading, or third-party information through the intake form.

—Do not attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the site or its underlying infrastructure.

—Do not scrape, automate submissions to, or resell access to this site.

—Do not submit confidential material you are not permitted to disclose.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, diagrams, and marks — is owned by THD Agentic Systems LLC and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission. Ownership of deliverables produced under an engagement is governed by the applicable statement of work, not by these terms.

6. Confidentiality of submissions

Information submitted through the intake form is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate fit and respond to your inquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy. Where a mutual NDA is required before detailed discussion, request one before submitting sensitive material.

7. No warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on this site is general information about services and is not technical, legal, or compliance advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THD Agentic Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site. Liability arising from a consulting engagement is limited as set out in the applicable statement of work.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
