Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2025

THD Agentic Systems LLC ("THD", "I", "me") operates this site as a business intake channel. This policy explains exactly what is collected, why, and how to have it removed. Short version: the only data collected is what you type into the intake form, and it is never sold.

1. Information collected

Through the intake form on this site, I collect the information you voluntarily submit: your name, company name, job title, company email address, and your answers about cloud infrastructure, engineering team size, the problem you're solving, prior AI tooling, decision authority, timeline, budget range, working preferences, and success criteria.

Standard server logs may record IP address, browser type, and timestamp for security and abuse prevention. No advertising trackers, no third-party marketing pixels, no session recording.

2. How the information is used

To evaluate whether an engagement is a fit and respond to your inquiry.
To prepare a scoped proposal or schedule a fit call.
To maintain records of client and prospective-client communication.
To meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

You will not be added to a marketing list or newsletter as a result of submitting the form.

3. Data is never sold

THD Agentic Systems LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or license your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the business — email hosting, scheduling, and cloud storage — and only to the extent needed to deliver those services, or where disclosure is required by law.

4. Retention

Intake submissions that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records tied to an active or completed engagement are retained for the period required by contract and applicable tax and legal obligations.

5. Security

Submitted data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled systems with authentication enforced. No transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, and no absolute guarantee is made — but the same standards I apply to client infrastructure apply here.

6. Your rights and removal requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. Depending on your jurisdiction you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, or to receive a copy of your data.

Removal contact

Email privacy@thdagentic.com with the subject line "Data removal". Requests are actioned within 30 days, and confirmation is sent to the email on file.

7. Third-party services

Scheduling for fit calls is handled by a third-party booking provider, which collects the name, email, and time slot you enter there under its own privacy policy. Links to external sites, including LinkedIn, are governed by those sites' policies rather than this one.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the business changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
